Terms and Conditions

vendor policy

1. The Seller to provide daily updates on product prices and availability.

2. All products for the seller should be available and ready for pickup at the specific pick up points or warehouse

3. Seller to provide market prices for his/her products inclusive of the commission structure as the category.

4. Seller is entirely responsible for managing and updating his or her account(s). In insistence(s) whereby he/she is unable to manage the account, they are required to hire or pay Viflashshop staff to manage on their behalf. However, during the registration process, Viflashshop is responsible for uploading up to 300 products at a free cost

5. Viflashshop charges a commission per sale made as per the category

6. The seller is entirely responsible for the returns and rejects from the customers. However, all damages done during transit will be covered by the company.

7. During the initial uploads, sellers are to provide full details of the specific products including 2-3 clear images of each product uploaded.

8. Payments as per the vendor act will be made every Friday of the week through the Bank or Mobile Money/Airtel Money. Thus, vendor is required to submit their Bank Details to our support team at the time of registration.
